Founded in 2010 as a non-skilled pediatric home care agency, Absolute Home Health NC has since expanded its services and expertise to cater to clients of all ages. In 2010, the North Carolina Home Care and Hospice Association recognized Absolute Home Health NC for its commitment to professional growth and community involvement. That same year, the agency launched a successful Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, further showcasing its dedication to excellence in care and workforce development.
Absolute Home Health NC proudly serves clients in Wake and ten NC counties, providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals and families across the state. Cassandra Heckstall is the dedicated CEO of Absolute Home Health NC, a premier home health agency she established in 2010. Hailing from Raleigh, NC, Cassandra’s illustrious career in the home health industry spans over two decades, showcasing her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.
A true advocate for homecare, Cassandra is deeply involved in the Raleigh community and has actively championed various initiatives to promote the importance of accessible healthcare services. Her leadership and expertise have been honed through her participation in esteemed programs such as the Raleigh City Leadership Academy, the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Leadership Raleigh, and the Launch Raleigh entrepreneur program.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Cassandra is a founding member of the South East Raleigh Rotary Club, where she contributes to community service and philanthropic efforts. Her dedication to fostering fair housing practices led to her appointment to the City of Raleigh Fair Housing Board in 2023, highlighting her commitment to social responsibility and inclusivity.
Under Cassandra’s visionary guidance, Absolute Home Health NC has undergone a significant evolution, transitioning from a non-skilled agency to a nationally accredited skilled care provider of choice. Leonette Rayzer- RN Supervisor
Leonette Rayzor, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with a proven track record of leadership and excellence in the industry. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Absolute Home Health in North Carolina, Leonette brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
During her tenure as the Regional Vice President/Administrator at Priority Care Inc. from April 1994 to April 2003, Leonette, also known as Lee, demonstrated exceptional skills in overseeing the clinical operations of the Home Health Agency. Her responsibilities included budgetary management, leadership of the case management nursing team, provision of clinical direction, and driving growth and profitability within the agency. Lee effectively supervised Branch Directors across multiple offices and managed special programs, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and JCAHO standards. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence were instrumental in the agency’s success and continued growth.
Lee’s extensive nursing career spans various healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals, emergency rooms, medical clinics, and long-term care facilities. She has been actively involved in nursing education, from training new graduates to developing and implementing innovative programs for returning nurses. Lee’s focus on quality improvement is evident in his work at New England Home Care, where he led initiatives to enhance clinical skills testing for field staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery to patients.
With hands-on experience in IV therapy in home care settings and a history of conducting informative public workshops on healthcare topics, Lee is a respected authority in the healthcare field. Her meticulous approach to chart reviews, commitment to upholding documentation standards, and participation in advisory committees showcase his dedication to advancing healthcare practices and standards within the industry. Leonette Rayzor’s enduring commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and patient-centered care make her a valuable asset in the healthcare community.
